Ok... I did a search, but Im kinda crunched for time and couldnt find any info. I already trimmed the front fender and relcated flares etc. My suspension is broken in finally and im getting the tire up into the seam that is up in the front wheel well. Its like a knife edge... cutting into my tires. Anyone know if I can bang this over? Should I relief cut it first? Should I bang it in towards the motor or away from the motor? Any help or pics would be awsome. Wheeling first thing in the morning so I have until tonight to decide what to do. Thanks in advance.

dont cut it. just pound it over with a BFH. I left about a 1/4 gap from being flush so I could rinse it out at the car wash. Works great.

yep i also bent mine over, bent it towards the motor....then i used some bondo on the sharp edge and then sprayed with undercoating.....its holding up great with no sharp spots whatsoever

I used a mini grinder with a cutoff wheel and cut slits. Then i pounded it over. Watch out not to cut too far you'll produce a hole once you bend it over.

Great! Thanks guys. Exactly what i need to know. All I really need to do is hit it enough to get rid of the sharp edge for now. I might make a few small cuts... but I do see what you mean about making a hole if you cut too far. Guess Ill just mess with it until Im happy.

I just trimmed and folded the rear last night...which was pretty easy. Should be a piece of cake.

Thanks again!
