front hitch

I have a front hitch with a stock bumper cut. It mounts in the STOCK mounting holes. comes with GRADE 8 hardware, so it is still very strong and sturdy. i have been pulled out with it on my jeep with no problems.

(in one of the pictures it is shown mounted with only 2 bolts..it comes with ALL bolts..i had to buy new grade 8 bolts and got the worng size, the right size is included.)

I am still trying to figger out if this will work on my '94. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on one, since this is the mount for my winch. Give me a day or two, unless someone else shows up with the cash, split the difference on the price-between 80 and 95?
