I'm thinking my front control arms need to be adjusted a little longer than they are now. I think my front axle is sitting waaay to far back in the front wheelwell. Does anyone know how long the adjustible (upper and lower) control arms are "supposed" to be with the 4.5" RK kit? I dont want to start screwing up pinion angle.

Make them as long as you want, based on tire clearance. The pinion angle should be 0*, and is easy to see and adjust. The best thing to do is lengthen the lowers to get the axle where you want it, then lengthen the uppers to get the pinion pointing right at the t-case output, which would be 0* angle at the u-joint.

Flex it up and check tire clearance at the front and the rear of the wheel well, measure, and adjust accordingly.

Cool thanks. I wasn't sure if there was a maximum you could lenghten them before they loose strength or the pinion becomes out of alignment.
