Can I swap the my XJ leaf springs for ford explorer leaf springs for a couple of inches of lift?

I used the main leaf (with eyes cut off) out of a set of explorer springs to match the 2" spacers i used in the front.

I know this is a bit late, but here's my opinion: Every Explorer I have ever seen except for the newest models, have a saggy rear. Form your own conclusions from that.

Explorer leaf packs work great, i used a short AAL and all of the explorer leafs (minus the overload spring, and cut the eyes off the ford main leaf) with my original XJ main leaf. they are long enough and if cut properly you can almost make a military wrap out of them. Its very flexy and good for a little over 4 inches of lift

be careful though, you can also use explorer leafs to stretch the rear back a few inches
