Flareless in PA?

Just curious how many of you are running flareless in PA and have you ever got ticketed for it? I am a mechanic so I know all about inspection (I will take care of that . I was just wondering how many have actually been stopped. I am only running 31s and they don't stick out that far.

The troopers here pull over TJ's with 30" wheel factory packages. Flare law change is in the works but not effective till 06. There is some information on it on the BMJA.ORG web site that goes into more detail. TJ owners around here learned pretty quick to carry the original window sticker to prove it was OEM factory to avoid tickets. Guess they were easy pickings for the troopers.

I wouldn't run flareless is i were you, I was getting nailed all the time. They only want OEM. You can get lucky and get a nice guy but more than likely you wont.
