The guy who posted about the hockey pucks used the wrong term. Many people DO use hockey pucks with a lift, but not as coil spacers. The hockey pucks are installed inside the front coils as a way of extending the bump stops so the taller suspension doesn't over-compress. If you add 2" coil spacers (which are generally 1-3/4" true height), you should also add two hockey pucks down at the mounting pad on the axle to compensate for the lift. They can be glued in with silicone, or drilled and bolted in place with carriage bolts.
