I was just kidding about the DUI thing, Matt knows that I drink very little, less than a case a year at most.

I enjoy tinkering with old tractors, its the farm boy in me, I grew up on a beef cattle farm in Franklin County VA. If I could justify having a "real" tractor here in the burbs I would already have one. I restored my first tractor, a Ford 9N, when I was a kid.

Ah, you see my housemate and I would switch jobs mowing, one was on the tractor, the other ran back and forth to the fridge.

I have a lot of sentiment for the tractor that we are considering selling. It's always been there. The model we picked up from a friend that passed has barely been used, and the deck and bags are practically new,so it's been assigned yard duty.

I enjoy a Sam Adams or a Yuengling every once in a while with a steak, thats about it. I got over the over-drinkin thing as a young adult and moved on to healthier but more expensive addictions.....like Jeeps LOL!

Agreed. It poured all night last night. They keep saying a chance of snow showers tonight, and then effing cold for the first part of the week. Something like 13 degrees with a strong wind tomorrow morning...awesome.
 
so today it got nice and cold, and snowed a little bit in middle TN. right now it's still snowing, and all that rain froze, so the roads are real slippery. i've been out playing in it all day in my xj, and once i got tired of that(no heat), i jumped in the grand waggy! i loves me some winter.
 
Snowed the whole way from Winston back to Charlotte. Didn't really start sticking to anything till I got closer to Charlotte (kinda weird as that's heading south). Temperature dropped quickly and the side roads were starting to get a little slick.

Had plenty of time to watch the snow in my headlights...running with no rear driveshaft means locked in 4HI and no more than 55mph on the highway... :banghead:

5-7 here tonight with freezing rain and sleet on top of it. Might have a snow day in the morning! :D
