Fire Extinguisher with a plastic handle? Recall time!

Fire extinguishers are one of those details you should have before going on a run, and they are a generally good idea. They aren't much good if they don't work though.

The one in my XJ has a metal handle, but both of the ones in my kitchen have plastic handles and are on the recall list.

Hmm, that might be the one that popped on my uncle as we were heading up the mountain via 2N02. Made a mess of his CJ6!

I had two of these, 1 was on the recall list. I got my new one in today, looks like one of their marine versions with a lot more metal components.

Looks like the one in the kitchen is affected. Not too bad, one out of four. Odd how its only the little one.
