Looking good. What's the plan or just redoing it all? Anything different?

A lot of that is still up in the air. The minimum is just redoing the space in nearly the same layout, making the bedroom just a few feet wider. Ideal scenario is tucking that beam in the ceiling and relocating the furnace and water heater outside of this space. It used to be an attached 2 car garage so it made sense to have the utility closet there when the house was built, but not so much now that it's living space. Still need to demo all of the ceiling to figure out if the beam is doable. The utility relo is certainly possible, just a lot of cheddar.
