If you would like help with purchasing the item you signed up for just add (Need more) after your name. Also list how much you plan on bringing. Also a reminder you need to plane on purchasing for the number of people on the roll call for the item/s you sign up for.

Ok Guys and Gals every item has a name next to it now. But that doesn't mean you can skip out on helping. 66% of the roll call has signed up to bring something. So you other 34% please jump in. We could use more sides, drinks, or PM the people with the burgers, dogs, and buns to see if they would like help. We currently have a head count of 19 adults and 9 children. Using our 2-1 for adults and 1-1 on kids that brings us up to 47 burgers/dogs. Also if your bringing the burgers, if you could pre make the patties that would help alot. If ya'll think we are over doing the amount of food throw in your $.02.

How many patties are you going to get? I will get the remainder if that is okay with you? What kind are you getting?

Anyone bringing cheese for the burgers? If not, I'll bring some.
 
Ok in an effort to help with cost please make a vote for which you and your guest would like. This way we won't be buying 2 hot dogs and 2 hamburgers for 1 person who only wants 2 hot dogs. We will plan a little extra in each, but I think this would greatly help cut cost and waste. After your listing on the roll call please put number of burgers and or dogs. Using the 2 per adult and 1 per child ratio for food.

Also Shelter #8 is officially reserved. Use the hyperlink for directions to the park. Once you enter the park follow the road into the park. After you pass the house at the entrance and supply house you take the first right, then turn left at the stop sign. Shelter #8 is the first one on your right. There are signs to help direct you.

And if you drive by land marks like I do: After you exit I-24 onto S. Church St./Shelbyville Hwy Barfield Crescent Rd is 2.1 miles from the interstate it is a three way stop light with a Phillips 66 and Walgreens on the corners. The park is down on you left after the elementary school (which you will pass on your right) You can't miss the baseball fields on your left before the entrance.
