This year's event will be co-sponsored by Xtreme Offroad Magazine. The faithwheelers and Xtreme Offroad Magazine will be building a brand new rock crawl obstacle this year. This will be for the hard core rigs and buggies - similar to a UROC style obstacle.
The event as always is still FREE to all participants and spectators.
We'll have 2 mud bogs this year. For the 35" and under rigs, we'll have a classic mud bog. For the big rigs, look out!. This isn't a balls to the walls mud bog, you'll need to be able drive as well. They'll be hidden logs on diagonals to wake you up. You'll need to climb out of one section and then drop right back into a deep water hole followed by some off-cambered section section and finally - if you can get out of the "hole that Markus built"... you deserve some kudos! Here's a pic of a guy getting out last year.

The Obstacle Course is built for the smaller rigs, under 35" tires. We're going to be rebuilding much of this so I'm not sure what's going to be new till we start digging and building. It will be designed so that a stock 4x4 can find lines to get through but may need some tugs, but there will be some challenging line options to make it interesting for ANYONE. Here's a pic of a rig going through pothole alley last year.

The Tuff Truck Course is the same course that the Webfooters will be using on their playday in May. However, it will be tweaked and a few obstacle changed around. Plan on it being tougher that last year and EXPECT to not make it through without a winch or tug. The rock pile from last year is being revamped as well. Last year only 1 rig made it through and he flopped twice on the way.

Pre-registration is not required, but it will save time and we give you a free raffle ticket for doing so.
We have raffle prizes from Skyjacker, Warn, PullPal, Crane, Northridge 4x4, High Angle Driveline, ARB and more!

Glad to hear you had fun. Where are you coming down from?

Bring a gang with you. Xtreme Offroad will be there taking pics and we're planning to do a commercial video as well! Gotta be there to get a chance at getting in the mag or video.

Bothell, I'm sure some of the gang from the club (PNWJeep) I'm in will be there as well.

That's a good offer, the possibility of pic of my rig in a mag or a video. Jeez, this is really going to motivate me to finish getting my railroady add on's onto the XJ! :D

Robin was out today to help test obstacles and design the rock climb course.
I got to have a ride in the buggy - kewl!

We took a few pics. I forgot my camera so I used his.
This is the first part of the new hill climb. The descent into the ditch is fairly steep but you can descend under control. The water at the bottom has a lot of silt in it and is sloppy. The upslope is pretty tough. At the top there is a sharp turn around in a VERY swampy area.

The return portion of this is steeper. On the downside it will be hard to stop the rig - a controlled slide. At the bottom we added some boulders to keep from burying the nose of the rigs into the upslope. Robin pretty much ate up the uphill portion. He has to work pretty darn hard to make it up this section.

This is no easy climb!

Justin got to go for a ride this time through.

Robin posed for this picture. Those are 49" IROKs!

Even with this rig, he did have to take a couple runs to bump over a few places.

This was formerly the mogules section, now it is more of a frame twister.

Hey, where'd the front right tire go?

This was our Sausage Trap, but it didn't stop him. Still, this V section will make a lot of rigs work hard!

See what I mean!

Since I had just dropped Robin's camera in a mud puddle, this picture was the last we were able to get today.

BTW everyone, this is a DRY event. Absolutely no alcohol is allowed onsite.

A reminder... all participants must wear helmets and all vehicles must pass a safety/tech inspection and have a fire extinguisher.

I have Jesus on my dashboard, why would I need anything else?

This event is coming up. 9am to 4pm June 25th. Same location as the Webfooters event but we have a lot of changes.

We have an entirely different course for the not-so hard core group. Very challenging wheeling for the 33" tire and under rigs - this course is doubled in length from last year with some new optional lines for the better built.

The Rock Crawl is only PART of that track. We've rebuilt every obstacle from the start, right up to the rock pile and even drastically changed the start of the rock pile. We'll have a LOT more water on the course as well.

The brand new Rock climb obstacle for the buggys or other nuts! We'll be finishing this up next week and have pics for you then. For you guys with buggys lookig for a opportunity to play on an obstacle designed just for you, here it is!

Plus side by side mud bogs. Each mud bog will be VERY different.

This is a non-competitive even and is free to watch or participate.

There is no alcohol allowed. A safety/tech inspection is required ad all vehicles must have a fire extinguisher. All drivers and passengers must wear helmets.

I told you, next time you ride in the back and do what you do with that 5 gallon bucket of water. There'd be enough wine for the weekend.
