It is 4x6 and 3/8" top. A great table. Not too big and not too small. I welded several pieces of 2.5 square tubing with 1/4" wall under the bottom and used it to mount grinders, vices, etc on the table that can be easily removed. Spend the $ and get some good lockable casters for your table.

All I had to buy was the 3/8 plate and the casters and the paint. The other stuff I had laying around. I think the plate (4x8 that I cut down) was about $150. The casters were pricey cause I got four with locks on them, I think they were nearly $30 each at tractor supply. I didn't put the grate in it for cutting cause I have another table I do the cutting on.
