What are ya'll carrying?

I got a ZT Designs tactical folder for Christmas a couple years ago and don't care much for it. No its not fir sale or trade. :)

Of any knife I've ever owned it is by far the hardest to sharpen, and the heaviest "tactical."

I'm looking for something in the sub $100 range, $50 would be better.

Whatcha hot and whatcha think of it?

I use these to carry stuff at work every day:

I don't think I'd want it any sharper, I've gotten two paper cuts in the last 6 years from them and that seems a little excessive to me.

I think you should probably find a new supplier too, you're overpaying by a lot.

Wow that was punny...

Spyderco Tenacious
SOG Flash 1 or 2

Benchmade Griptillian if you up the cash you can spend

Great EDC blade with a nice workable belly on the blade not sure about the steel on the SOG but you get decent steel on the spyderco CR13Mov and you can get D2 tool steel on the Benchmade.

I literally thought you were talking about that type of folder until I read the third line and saw the word "knife." Should have specified.

knife carry is gay.

carry a gun.

but don't use it, guns are bad
Can't quite cut things with a gun. Knives are tools, guns are protection.

Out of all the knives I have, this has to be my favorite. I have mine in my pocket right now. The main 3 that I rotate around is my griptilian drop blade, mini-griptilian tanto (which I have found is not as sharp as my fullsize), and kershaw burst.

I daily carry a Gerber assisted folder, got it at walmart for sub $50 and it has been great for a good 9 years now. Never been sharpened and still cuts whatever I need it to cut. It is a utility knife and something I am not scared to abuse like an expensive blade.

Sog trident II tanto. Love it.

Cabelas mini multi tool w/ flashlight. 2 fer 10 bucks.

Welp, the ones in the store have lights. One tip tho. Don't buy batteries for the dumb thing. They cost more than the tool itself.

I got one of these for free on a promo when my son bought another knife, threw it in the Jeep console for kicks......on night I had to use it to swap batteries when my buddy's alternator died on a snowboarding trip. Actually did the job for a "toy" multitool.

i have a crkt as well, very well made knives. I like the way my Kershaw feels in my hand a little better though.
