so whats the easiest way to get there. never been

From San Jose we go:
680 North
580 East
205 East
5 North for just a second
Yosemite Ave (120 East)
In Escalon we turn Left on Escalon Belota Road
Right on Hwy 4 East
Drive a long time
Campsite is about 7-10 miles past Lake Alpine

We're leaving San Jose at 10am Thursday morning if you want to caravan with us.

I would think its faster and easier to just stay on 5 north after 205 and follow the signs to HWY 4 east (5 north, exit hwy 4 east, 99 south/4 east, 4 east), but Ive never tried taking the 120 to Escalon route
