Energy Drink Question

If a two dollar energy drink replaces one of my meals in a day how am I wasting money? :confused:

Argue the health benefits to eating a balanced diet in lieu of the energy drink all day long, but "HUGE waste of money"?

LOL...I don't know if I would use one to replace a meal. I usually have to have something to eat when I drink one or I get a horrible headache.

I think it's nuts to drink them regularly too. I keep hearing about health problems related to drinking them all the time.

The health problems are not caused by energy drinks, the problems are caused by people not tasking care of themselves and using the energy drink to compensate. I rarely use them, but I also tend to drink 1-2 gallons of water a day more when I driink energy drinks.

Pretty Much, also if you need more than one energy drink at a time it's probably just time to move on to Amphetamines.

I'm not saying it's a good idea, but I wonder how many meals I would have to eat to get that energy back. I have a hard time eating much at work, but it doesn't bother me nearly as much if I have an energy drink.

No headaches for me.

I've had one of those No Fear drinks just about every day for the last 5 or 6 years. My diet is pretty bad too and I'm still doing pretty good. :dunno:

I go for the Monster low carb. Good taste, low sugar, (3 Grams) I wish I could get that in a Non-energy drink format. I love the taste of it.

But I try others all the time. Mainly I go for taste and no (low) sugar.

The monster Khaos and M-80 are really good. I love the fruity flavors.
 
somethimes i pick up monster,red bull or rockstar are the only ones i like.monster java is good as well but as for five hour energy it tastes like crap and leaves a nasty after taste. so i will stick with the biggest wawa coffe i can get and smoke cigarettes:shiver: works every time
 
i myself, am extremely partial to the "blue"(lo-carb) monster, i LOVE the flavor. i don't like sugary drinks, and hate the sugar crash you get. for flavor and a caffeine blast-also without the sugar, i like spike shooters in orange gold, and 'quila lime. not only do they taste good, but the effects are intense. it's the only caffeinated beverage that really gets to me.
 
i like full throttle regular. its weak as far as energy and i like the taste. i dont drink it for the energy only for the taste
 
These companies really need to start making non-energy drinks..... that still taste like the real thing
 
Well I used to try all kinds of energy drinks.
But
I am broke now.
So
when I ever do actually find a couple extra bucks to drop on an energy drink... I am not "F$%k!NG" around.

No way I am going to drop 2 bucks on a off brand to try it when I need the boost and I need it now.

I work for Coka Cola, They might make something like you're asking about. I am waiting for a more all natural drink. Plenty of sleep, and a good diet works. If not, I just fall asleep.
