Ok I have searched and asked around, and I cannot figure out why I cannot post emotioncons in my posts. They dont appear to the right of the screen as I have been told. All I can see are the thread icons at the bottom. Any suggestions?

I cannot see them on all three computers that I use. My work computer that runs IE6 my home that runs IE7 and also my laptop that has IE8.

Check to see that "Show Images (including attached images and images in [ IMG] code)" is checked.

Scratch that, I misunderstood. I thought you couldn't see the SMILES from the website. Emotioncons are something else. You are trying to put a link in your message to where those images are sent from.

I wouldn't use those anyway. I get e-mails that people have sent me with those in them, I block them.

There are so many names for them floating around. Whatever I am talking about are supposed to be to the right of the text box when I am writing a message. What I am looking for come an link such as below

Up top go to User CP.

In there at the left click on "Edit Options".

All the way at the bottom, make sure you have "Enhanced Interface" checked.
