drag link /tie rod

I am thinking about having a drag link tie rod made for me with heims and had a few quetions we'll start with my info 8 inch lift on a d30
i'm wondering if I should do a wheel to wheel tie rod with seperate drag link (sort of like rustys) or just do a siscor type like the stock setup and i was wondering if any of you have done over the knuckle on a d30 what all mods did you have to do or any problems with it? like always thanks for the info
