The Water Board is working on a plan for the National Forest. CORVA is hiring the same lawyer that helped us on the Rubicon. CORVA well match all donations up to $2500 to cover cost.
We need to do two things now
1. Go to http://www.kurtuleas.com/corva.pdf print and sign the Affidavit then you have three choices
A. Mail it to PO box 298, Clarksburg CA 95612
B. Scan it after you sign it and e-mail it to: [email protected]
C. Fax it to 509-275-4744 Happy Trails
2. Donate to the CORVA’s legal fund, you can send it to Amy, mark your check for the Water Board Legal Fund
CORVA is taking a proactive stand on this.This worked very well at the Rubicon Water Board hearing. The CBD got up and said they had 20,000 signatures on a petition, the Water Board told them that the petition was not amissable as evenidents Pass this on to everyone you know!!!
