Discounted Cabin/Camping rates

We are currently working on getting a discounted rate for our group, once we get the details, It will be posted in this thread.

Any progress on getting a group discount?

So I regret to inform you guys that my efforts are in vain. the county said that the request needs to be input 180 days in advance. That being said I just checked the site availability and there is still plenty of campsite open with the entire OHV area still open. I will be booking Cabin #1 for myself and The chapter HQ will be at Cabin #10

The cabins (including the event's HQ cabin) are in Campground "O", which is also where any green-sticker/OHV vehicles have to be, and where most of the RV sites are.

Will the Saturday evening festivities take place at HQ?

Yes, that is the plan. With Ryan having Cabin 1 right next to HQ hopefully we'll have enough area.
