disc conversion

anyone in virginia ever done a disc brake conversion, if so anyone willing to lend a hand on my conversion? i have no clue where to start and would love this upgrade but dont really know much about the mechanical things on vehicles, is there any welding involved, is so, dont know that crap either, anyway some help or advice would be awesome!?!

Theres plenty of write-ups floating around here.

Pretty sure there's no welding involved- think the only modification you have to do is some grinding depending on which disc you swap to.
