was wondering before i make the jump should i leave the stock front axle and swap the rear out to the 8.25 regear bolth to 4.10 or should i just pony up the extra money and go dana 44 front and 9 inch rear this setup will be for rubicon and fordyce

that dana 44 front is only slightly at best, stronger then your hpD30. unless you swap out to a early ford style, you will have the same ujoints out as what you have now, and you can get a ARB or other locker that is 30 spline and get the same inner shafts as that D44, and only down side be the R&P strength. But with a 4.10/4.11ratio the R&P is still pretty nice size for the D30.

I would keep what you have and just regear and lock it with a quality locker and do a set of inner chromoly 30 spline axles and in the rear just get 29sp axles if you have the 27 now.
 
What size tires are you going to run? Depending on this you may want to consider 4.56's.
If you have the 27-spline, I would recommend swapping to the 29-spline with a full detroit (or aussie locker if $$ is THAT MUCH of a concern, which doesnt sound like it). If you have a disco-axle then swap to a one piece so you can run larger/better u-jounts, and go with a posi-lok or other selectable locker.
