I'm planning on being out there the weekend before Thanksgiving, hoping to get out there on Friday, the 16th, and leaving on Sunday, the 18th. I may be alone if y'all change the date, but those are the dates I'm working towards.

We laugh, we play, we wheel, we break our junk, we eat, we drink........we have a great time.



Dry camping in the middle of a dry lake bed. We usually have a somewhat normal camp and a somewhat rowdy camp, but last year on Sat night I think the normal camp was more rowdy than the rowdy camp. The wheeling is from sightseeing around the desert to rock buggies and everything in between. This is the trip of the year to get acquainted with Johnson Valley, all the rest of the trips out there are small groups of hardcore wheeling. If possible, you don't want to miss this one, you never know what entertaining thing might happen. Last year was Sarge and you-know-who.

And we do get in a lot of wheeling.

Mean dry lake, exit the highway at boone rd. and head north for a bit.

yep, if you show up friday after about noon or so there should be at least a few XJs out there. mine should be there by at least 1pm or so, i should have a big jolly roger flag flying and I think this year i'll have my yukon gear and axle banner hanging off the side of the jeep.

Yeah Trevor and I will be out in Mean dry lake as well with everyone. We can caravan if you want to come. I might tow my jeep out there.
