yea that's right I said it, my mother will be riding shotty. Hey you put together this " snow run", and were getting one! I'm excited! Weather looks good for the weekend, well work it out.
Yes , I'm winched, and have plenty of straps and recovery gear. It's all good, going to be a great time.

but I can't because my school adopted a new policy for giving finals the weekend this trip is. who does that?! if it wasn't for being a senior I would just skip the exam weekend..

I should be arriving mid to late afternoon on Friday.
It's going to be COLD .... so I plan to sleep right between Rich and Carol to stay warm.

I should be getting there roughly the same time, Jordan. I'll be leaving Friday AM after I get home from work but plan on stopping at Cabela's to get some thermals for work on the way up.
...it's just you and me Friday, dude. Carol's not making this one. Dont sweat it, Ive got plenty of firewood and an extra heater for the cabin, along with a good hot meal to serve up.
..and..yes as previously mentioned I've got a winch and recovery gear. I'd also maybe like to mention that having a working CB also can be pretty helpful when you're wheeling in such frigid conditions. Maybe I'm nitpicking, but hopefully everybody's got good working radios.

I have a cb but no antenna or wire and its not hooked up. I wanted to install it just didnt get a chance.
When you say you have a hot meal, is this a community dinner we r doing or am i just feeding myself? Or is a hot meal something else all together? Possibly a certain kind of meat sandwhich from harold and kumar?

might be snowing saturday or something, not sure if i can talk my wife into the camping if we dont all huddle up or something hahah
.not exactly community dinner, but Im bringing up a large amount of my chunky chicken chili ( I slaved over it all last weekend ), so you're welcome to grab a bowl and enjoy. I should have enough for 10-12 people. Im also bringing up some bigass cans of bean and minestrone soups to heat up for trail lunch. And who knows what else I come up with between now and then.

P.S. dont sweat the radio, I was just making a point...a few runs I've been on this year there were VERY few people with any radios at all, and it can make for slower going on the trail (and losing people)
