Were doing it because Chris came up with the idea and we said yes. A snow run's a snow run, and it looks like a lot of us are towing, so I say what the hell. I just loaded the jeep onto the trailer today and the ball latch must have had ice in it and never fully "latched"...Sooo..I start to drive the jeep up the trailer , and POW!...trailer pops up, and the tongue punches a perfect hole in the middle of my frigging tailgate. :looser:
Yeah, I'm mad. Mad at my self for not double-checking like I always do. Thats gonna be an expensive mistake. But I'm paid up, and I'm coming up there regardless. Because I need a couple days with the Boys now more than ever.

That sucks Rich!!! Just think though, you won't have to worry about ice for the coolers for this trip!!! Heck, you'll need a cooler to keep stuff from freezing solid.

And now I'm the who's going to taking the crap..I never made it into work last night...couldn't get the chills out after I laid down..began shooting fluids out of both ends...I have a serious fever an have barely slept at all in 2 days now...something does not want me on this run. Jordan, contact me before you head up so I can give you the cabin details.. this sucks

So is anyone still going? I'm not really liking the lol of up to 9" of snow at home to come back to. I'd hate to bail though. Are people still going on Sunday too, like when the roads would be more clear? My drive to Rausch is 1.5 hours over mountain roads in good conditions.

I was alternately sleeping/throwing up/crapping since mid-Thursday evening. Still running a fever but thankful I can finally keep solid food, let alone water, down now. That said, the weather looks to be horrible up there right now, keep us posted on how you guys are coping.
Im curious about how well they do keeping the roads clear there.
