Hey Guys,

I'm selling off my DC cage and my 5.3L for pretty cheap. The cage was assembled and then cut into two pieces when I removed it. The footer extensions are from Speedway and the whole setup is very solid. I drilled holes for rosette welds on the crossbars, and I'm also supplying the sleeving material in-order to weld the two halves together correctly. You have to make 5 welds...that's it. It also has tabs for 5-point harnesses for the rear passengers.

$300.00

Also selling my 5.3L LM7 out of a 2001 Tahoe with 150k miles on it. I'm including the LS1 intake, fuel rails, and throttle body. It comes with most of the accessory brackets, exhaust manifolds, ignition coils, flywheel, and a new water pump and oil pump.

I bought it as a builder to install an LS6 camshaft in it and put in my XJ, but I never got around to it. It will need head gaskets, head bolts, intake bolts, and intake gaskets. Other than that, it's pretty buttoned up and ready to bolt in. I'll help you load it into your truck too! :D

$375.00

You'll definitely need a truck or a trailer for the cage.

I can road it up to ft lupton area if it'll strap into my truck.

It'll fit in your truck no problem. Just nothing shorter than a 6ft bed.

eh, its 5.5', but the tailgate can stay down lol.....

Just let me know. my days down in the spring change each week.

Motor is pending sale

I'm not 100% sure if it'll fit in a late model. I measured it when it was in my 89' and it had about 4" between the A-pillar bars and the dashboard. In-theory it should fit, but I wouldn't want to promise something I can't confirm.

EDIT: Just checked D&C's website and they don't differentiate between the generations, so I think it'll fit.

The Motor has been spoken for. The cage is still available.

It's going up on Craigslist if I don't sell it on here.

Will the cage fit with interior in place?

Sure will. I had a complete interior in mine before it went off to the glue factory.

Dood...... I can't imagine your huge self fitting into your XJ much less with a traditional cage..... Leg/knee room has to be at a premium for you right? Those D and C cages aren't known for fitting tight in the cab of an XJ.

Not trying to botch a sale for Jim.... But I've had one of these cages and I saw how Jim's was set up in his rig... I think you'd be hating life with this style of cage. You want a through-the-roof exo with the A-pilar tube outside.

How tall exactly is COTallTodd? I'm 6'3 and I fit into it okay.
