dana 60s front nad rear question

anyone know what a closed knuckle front dana 60 with drums goes for that needs spiders ?
i know a good front 60 can go for 1000$, but im not familiar enough.

Closed knuckle 60's are junk. Better off with a 44.

I wouldn't run a closed knuckle 60. By the time you swap to disk and realize you have funky tracta' joints in the knuckles you will cry. Save up for a real 60 if you want one. I believe they are 30 spline inners anyways.

atlas sold so im not even interested in the jeep anymore . sold atlas an hr after i called!
anyway he has a 96 dodge ram supposedly with 60's front and rear with factory posi 's too.
i only know xjs and scouts, but are these axles worth it?
i can get it pretty damn cheap since the tranny is shot

96 Ram front 60 is a CAD axle with 30 spline inners and no way to do high steer. It can be used but again, its a weird axle. Front unit bearings are usually junk too.

Stick to Jeeps Jon some of the Dodge stuff is funky. Like rockslut said unless you want to fix it and resell the rig or make it a tow rig. Otherwise say goodbye. If you find a 1975 to 1979 Ford F-350 then make sure I am your first call buddy. I would buy a high pinion dana 60 in a minute should have never sold mine.

Wow that makes me feel even worse mine was a 79 high pinion 60 why did I ever sell that truck. ???????????????????????

The only 94+ Ram front 60 I would consider running would be an 02. Non disconnect and 32 spline outers. 03+ are the 9.5" AAM axle and are good too. Still no high steer options and no locking hubs.
