basically brand new detroit truetrac, dude i bought it from put like a 100 miles.
i put maybe 400 miles on it, before i realized it was a posi and not a full detroit, but i paid for it like it was a full detroit, my loss is your gain.
i paid 300$ for it plus install . im paying for install of my open carrier + lockright now. just want to re coupe a little something.
if youre open up front and want some cheap traction, here ya go.
works good, its just that i want to be fully locked up front.

ill do the 8.8 detroit locker, and 8.8 4.88 gears, 8.8 housing, dana 30 HP housing with new ball joints, and this truetrac all for 500$ just to make some room in my garage.

shoot connor the 8.8 detroit lockers gone. I am keeping the housing and gears for now. i think in the fall we might buy a spool for the thing and throw the 31 spline chromos in. Already have a master install for it.

I have been debating the same thing.. I have a 14bolt waiting for me, but the more and more i think about it, the 8.8 is sounding like a much better idea
