Crawl Carnage

I’m not sure if anyone else had any carnage on the trails but I thought I’d post mine. My son Jack got into a tree that was partially blocking the trail. He got the rear passenger door, tail light and the edge of the fiberglass hatch right above the tail light.

Nothing major for me, just a small hole in my soft top from the same tree that got your door.

That same tree also got my front passenger door. Adds character.

We need to go together and buy a battery operated chain saw for just such occasions….

That cordless chainsaw idea actually sounds really practical. If that trail tends to throw surprises like that tree, it makes total sense to keep something like that handy. It’s one of those things you won’t think about until you really need it. Maybe worth it for a few of us to pitch in and make it part of the regular trail gear.

Sorry to hear about the damage. But hey — every scratch tells a story, right? It’s just part of the off-road badge of honor. These aren't showroom queens, they're built to be used, and a few scars just prove you’re doing it right. Wouldn't trust an off-roader without a few marks on it!
