It will only work with a hack n tap.

it will not work with any SYE that uses a yoke on the tcase side, only a flat flange.

Damn it! I just bought a Teraflex SYE (the second type pictured above) and was hoping this DS would work. I suppose I could return it for the "hack-n-tap" but have heard they aren't the best route.
