Crap, this is exactly what I wanted to do

I have no idea, but this exact truck is what I wanted to make. I'm sure a few other people have done this, but I would've gone the extra step like he has. He even made changed the tail lights to the newer body style like I wanted to.
I wouldn't buy it, way out of my price range but still.

Just becuase its posted in two different places does not mean that its not in both. Maybe he goes to school or whatever in one place. I have a phone number from a different place than where I live. Does that mean I live where my number is from? No.

It looks odd without the cab vents.

Yeah it looks nice, but putting 97 stuff doesnt make it a 97, its all still bolted on to that tired 88 unibody/subframe. Maybe this guy had an in at the DMV? I know when i did my 96 motor swap into the 87 its still titled as an 87 American Cherokee. good thing too! the registration and insurance are way cheaper!

Never seen a Grand Cherokee pickup, but they do make Brute kits for the TJs...

I have followed a Comanche build up with all 97+ parts and it was extremely time consuming. Also not very easy. There is a lot of thought and work into that truck. I bet it is a solid truck.

Yeah BS it's re-titled as a '97. He'd have to have some connections!

And he doesn't even list the mileage!

It looks clean though!

Nice looking MJ; too nice. I'd hate to take the thing off road for fear of making it look like an orange version of my rig.
$9,000??? I paid $10,550 off the showroom floor for my 88 with a tracklocked D44 rear, I sure wish that telephone pole hadn't jumped in front of it.
