Control arm bushing source

I have made my control arms myself. In the bottom I used ballistic fab poly joints and Hiems. On the uppers I used Hiems on both ends. I think the uppers are transmitting a lot of clunks and bumps.

Ballistic fab doesn't have a Polly 2" joint (but they do have a ballistic joint)
Anyone have a line on a company that offers poly builder joints? Or a suggestion on different ends?

with a 3 link you want both upper joints to be hard joints with the single upper.

I would recommend trying a ballistic joint, not a poly. they do make 2" wide ballistic joints for a 9/16 bolt, I had some custom ones made by them. contact Jeff the owner.

also take a look at Currie Johnnie Joints too.

They might be open to making a custom 2" wide ball.

contact the suppliers and see if they will build you what you need if you need a 2" versus 2.63" width.

If I remember right they are 5/8". Those ballistic ones are probably the way I'll go. I'm really happy with there poly ones in my lowers.
