Colorado B/S Thread

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Lotion! That explains your thin and sensitive skin.

I almost spit coffee on my monitor. Almost. :yelclap:

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Hell, by now I figured there would be callouses.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Lotion is for sensitive skin...may I proposition the use of some of your puff plus tissue paper I know a set of crying eyes like yours has got to have a few boxes .

Let me clarify this: You feel that regular tissue is coarse and abrasive???

We interrupt this show to bring a new message. Thanks to Jeff and Led for helping me with the drag link that fell off of the passenger knuckle for unknown reason. Sheared the cotter pin, it did. I got it back on but the threads were fubar, so we went to Napa for a new one, and there was a XJ with a chapter sticker on it, and I realized it was Janine. Buying parts for a Toyota, she was a little surprised by the loud," Jay-nine, what are you doing here?" Found a drag link at O'reilly's down the street. I guess I shouldn't have put off putting on Frank's steering that I have sitting in the basement. :)

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Come on a fella with such a constant runny nose should undetstand the need for quality soft tissues.
I understand your confusion now. If your skin were thick, leathery, and calloused as mine, you could use burlap to wipe your nose. Although it would be disconcerting to get that confused with the pile of used butt-wipe.

Let's be men now, tissue is a waste of perfectly good money. I found a video that may help sooth your thin and sensitive skin.

The video is good for a starting point:
The host says to not try this in a 3-piece suit? I have done this in a 3-piece suit and not been held in contempt of court.
The host says your hands may get messy? 3-piece suits have plenty of pockets, keeping that pressed suit looking SHARP!

Anyway, I look forward to seeing you at the Adopt-a-Road run, and will extend my hand in fellowship.

After getting the jeep moving testing things out I am not sure I want to keep the radius arms in front they seem to stop far short of the rear ...lol....now it is not lacking on flex on 44s I can lift a tire about 50 inches and not lift a tire off thr ground ,but front seems a bit stiff making rear do more than I want ...I have found front lower lca mounts to interfere with lower arm rotation at the top of the bushing joint and this may be enough if fixed to make me happy ...my reat spring rate is 180lbs this could be stiffer and I have no shocks bumps or limits in back yet , so possibly with those it will even tbe fro t to back thing up...

I am looking at the 3 link , but with 7.5 lift and full hydro and minium up travel with 44s I see what lools like plenty of room for two upper triangulated links my lowers are already set up with enough outward angle to just add the uppers I could even use the old rear arms they would add the 2.5 front push I plan as well ...

Just kicking round the idea of 4 linking the front while it is still easy .

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Lesson learned in using a trailer for driving on like an rti ramp...lol...I now have mildly tweeked front one side is slighly higher than the other ...this mostly happened because I took the block of wood out from under the tingue so when I drove up on the front baskets the tongue was only supported on one side by the jack allowing a bit of twisting...this may settle out when loaded or I may have to forefully twist it back ...should pull fine as it should not effect axle alignment , but for now I done driving on my trailer...lol...all this steel sitting , maybe time to build a ramp for this purpouse ?...lol
