Oh yes. That is one of the main things I'm excited for. Living in Chicago, I had quite a few local breweries that were actually really good, and I miss them. Moved to Knoxville and there's barely anything. Granted, Asheville is about 2 hours away, but I miss being walking distance from breweries.

Honestly I'm used to that lifestyle. Back in Chicago, I lived next to 'Boystown', which is exactly what it sounds like. They made some damn good margaritas..


So I'm looking at the news for Boulder and I see you guys are experiencing Ferguson protesters? That must be fun. I hope they're not laying in the street next Saturday when I arrive.. That'll be fun after a 20 hour drive lol.

I got the state security officer position and start tomorrow! Woo hoo. Meanwhile I got peppersprayed 3 hours ago and still am burning like a crazy man.
I am not excited to take a shower.

Just tried to wash up and take a shower and it completely reactivated and I ended up outside in the wind wearing a towel.
Looks like I might smell and not be shaven tomorrow on post.

Yep, I've been there and done that. Did you have to run an obstacle course after being sprayed? I did, stupid MP's. We didn't get to go home afterwards either. We had to stay in the armory and the showers had no hot water so didn't help much at all.

A few days later when I pulled the uniform I had been wearing out of my laundry bag it hurt all over again.

Just laughing with ya brutha, not at ya! SOOOO been there.

We had to let it sit on our faces for a minute or so, do the bag and baton strike thing, then our evil academy trainers would steer us in the direction of the ice water buckets and then drag them away as we approached....... ****ers! I remember seeing 8" snot ropes from my academy mate's noses once I was able to see again.

I think I would rather take a couple of punches to the face before getting sprayed again. And I'll take a tazing any time over O.C.

I'll definitely take the tazer over the OC spray. I'll sit in the CS Chamber for an hour before getting that crap sprayed on my face again. I didn't think it would be that bad as I'd already done the CS chamber 3 times, but that OC spray makes CS look/smell like a bad fart.

Yeah, we got sprayed and then had to go to 3 or 4 different people for different types of baton strikes. After that we had to go to one final person and identify the color of a marker lid before being able to go to the water bucket table.

So i've been working on this thing a lot over the past few months
57 chevy long bed
95ish LT1 4l60e
did a rear suspension upgrade and swapped in a 3.73 LSD 8.8
then this last week swapped in an XJ fuel tank. Lots of cool stuff. Its a fun truck













whomever swapped in the initial 10 bolt did a terrible job

Nice! My oldest brother had a '59 Apache step side, short bed. It did not look a tenth that nice, and it did not need a trailer.
