Problem solved with some spare 1/4" steel I had.
Good work around! I have all sorts of odd scraps that I've used only once, so far...

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Anyone know of a decent place for bearings and seals along the front range? Interested in seeing if they could set me up with a double lipped seal for the shift shaft on my motorcycle.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Thanks.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Being in New York City makes me appreciate what we have in Colorado so much more. I couldn't imagine living in this place longterm. There's so many damn people around. When I look out my hotel window, there's 10+ people in the surrounding apartments that are staring back at me. The difference is, theyre stuck here and I'm not. Thank God for that.

Good lord, weren't you just in California?

Yup. Tough Mudder is my client and I'm spending the next few days with them in Brooklyn.

Then next week I'm off to Port Townsend, WA for another round of meetings. So much for retirement, huh?

Re: The Colorado BS thread

How does that saying go? No pain, no gain! When I started lifting, I think it was a month afterwards that it stopped hurting every time I went. Now it only hurts when I lift hard. Protein is where it's at. :D

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I lifted for 8 months last year for 1-2 hours a day and was getting pretty strong and decently bulky but due to work and school and the change of drinking habits at school I lost muscle and got pretty tubby. Now I have 4 months until I leave for basics and don't have anything to do besides see how big I can get.
Been working chest for the past hour, doing cardio right now then to start over burning out the chest and triceps.
Whey protein is good, but in most of the cheap stuff, all the other ingredients make me breakout.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Jut don't overdo the pre workout. You forget what you are doing and end up wanting to die later. DOMS is the worst thing ever. Especially on legs.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I HATE PRE WORKOUT. Last year I was using methyl mass, would get about 20 minutes in and throw up and shit my guts out and then be fine the rest of the workout. Then I switched to C-4 pre workout and I would get so itchy and hyped up that I could only workout about an hour before I felt like death was watching me lift and would go home scared that I was dying.

Now my only supplements are are a good quality creatien monohydrate, no2 booster, BCAA and sometimes a SSAA, along with whey protein and a vitapack.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I like C4 cuz it doesn't make me itchy like mist everyone else. A couple of scoops and 20 minutes later go hard in the paint lmfao. lots of whey, peanut butter, chicken, and vitamins.

I have to switch between what I take tho. I switch in some burn HD and pump HD too to keep it mixed up ya know
