Re: The Colorado BS thread

The only dirt I drive on is my driveway and th parking lot of the shop. And I barely do 5 mph.
It's a chromoly heim with the Teflon insert whatever it's called. Lol.
I just thought I would get more than 210 miles before going bad

Re: The Colorado BS thread

I'd get another set of eyes on the suspected bad joint to be 110% certain that your joint is in fact the problem....then call your supplier/vendor and talk to them about it.

ALWAYS give your vendor a crack at resolving any issues with the products you bought from them.

I am going to call armorology monday. I have to be back at work on tuesday.
I will contact ruffstuff too. But for now I just have to get it replaced ASAP.
My jeep is my only vehicle right now....
That's why I need the strongest heim possible.

Still need to get some things like shocks and brakelines, but otherwise it is full RE leaf packs and coils in the 3.5" flavor. Which compared to her original and worn out stuff netted her just over 4" of lift. Looks good on the 31's especially since there isnt much plan to trim. She is happy. Need to get some good shocks and get it on the road.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

So if someone was to ask there dad something and he says it is up to that person and their mom and when they ask their mom something she says thats a that person and their dads thing... does that mean its just that persons thing?

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Why the heck would a HS kid want a 4 door sedan? Just askin.

Re: The Colorado BS thread

Because My mom had a legacy gt just like it (down to the auto !) and i loved how lux it was. I have a 2WD supercharged convertable death trap that I have $1500 into for a car that KBB says is $10,000 in fair condition plus cash. And all I can think about is that snow is just around the corner and IDK how reliable my jeep is gunna be.
Plus its hard to cary people in the miata....

Re: The Colorado BS thread

First, you have too much rice in your diet -- get primal and stick to more meat. Second, if my kids ask me something, and don't like the answer so they go to their mom, I ground them until they're 30 -- not quite on point but I don't think you get to be on your own. Finally, as a dad, yeah trade up for the subi, its safer in all conditions and less prone to teenage testosterone fits on the skinny pedal. Plus its kinda cushy. :D

I am on a no carb diet. Eww rice!

I agree, but is the situation not different if neither wants to answer the question?

I wish someone whould just buy the damn thing so I could have a pile of cash to fix the XJ up and put in the bank untill I have money for the car I want

Re: The Colorado BS thread

The Legacy is SOOOOO much less ghey than the Miata...... I dunno why you're hesitating. SOOOO much easier to sell later on if you need to as well.

Seems to me though.... if you really needed to get rid of the Miata, you could find a buyer listing it in the SCCA related forums. For what you're into it for, you should be able to unload it and still put money in your pocket. :dunno:
