i always run a bead on the inside seams as well before i box in the front.
i also leave the bottom open on one side of the front to allow water to drain out. irate1:

Ya I think you did that to mine.. at least partially.. when we did the one ton OTK

I'll be sure to do that. I'm gonna make a piece for that UCA mount sometime this week at work and burn it in.

Really need to get the bender set up so I can start practicing.. starting with a small hoop on the bumper and maybe some rails for the side of the 2x6

Bender is temporarily setup. Bent some tube and the setup I have currently isn't the best. Ordered that swag top piece and going to make an actual pedestal. Also ordered their air/hydro ram mount. I should be able to get much more accurate bends.. and I won't break my back.

Finally got some gas.... oh and some wheels! Hoping to start some minor stuff saturday. Depends when I get the air/hydro mount and see how I am going to set it up. Got a bunch of other stuff to help perfect the bends

Hey Pat, can I use your welder when you're not burning in tube tomorrow? I'll bring by a spool of wire or other form of compensation, what size/core do you use? Project for school and im the only chump in the group who can weld haha
