Haha hell ya all I need is to get my turning radius back and add some big boy brakes. Probably disc the rear down the line just because I'll get bored of almost nothing left to do to Hank
Cage is big on my list. Wish I had a bender or somebody willing to go halves near me.
 
Bought a sweet little truss made from ORS. Was only $30~ on amazon It's pretty basic. 5/16" thick plate. Goes from the housing to passenger upper arm mount. Also just ordered inner c gussets. Im gonna have one polished up turd haha..

Oh ya and I just bought some used 37 Iroks... $300 for 5 of them about 50-60% tread. Came with 8 lug rims too haha so once I sell those off I'll be in it for virtually nothing. One has a slight slice in the sidewall. Ill patch it and save for the spare.OOPS

208k 4.0 AW4 4x4 Long bed

In pretty good shape! Little clear coat peeling on the hood and passenger side by the door. Headliner is in perfect shape. One small rip in the drivers seat but it had seat covers already. Has an aftermarket radio with aux/mp3. Manual windows. factory tow hooks

Best of all... A DANA 44! :D :D :D

Got the WJ knuckle/brake/steering all completed. Need to add a shorter pitman arm.. little bit of bump steer. If I recall the one I have is a ZJ arm.. I think it's got 1" more drop than a factory xj arm. It looks like I need about 1.5"-2" or so shorter than my current one. Tim had lots of fun on the ball joints. Had to do some customization to the O'reilly Ball Joint rental set.. :rofl: The calipers clear my inner stick on wheel weights by about 1/8" or so. 15" rims w/ 1.5" wheelspacer 3.75" backspacing.
I'm usually not one to paint up parts. But I figured since I had the blingin red powder coat on the brake calipers.. I might as well paint the knuckle. I'm not sure I like it so might go with the spray can bed liner like the rest.

I love my mj too.. I don't like the problems that come with a Renix though!! So many friggin vaccum lines and testing lol MJ would be an awesome one to build up. Maybe it's time to set her free and watch somebody..(tim)..:confused1 make it into something it should be.

I'm torn. I know I'd regret selling it down the line.
 
Looking for a pitman arm with less drop than the factory xj arm. Looks like a tj/yj has a bit more than I need but I'm not certain. Anybody have any input on an arm that's about 1.5" flatter than the xj

Wj arm is shorter but longer so you need to account for the longer pitman arm.
