Colgan Sport Bra

Hi, Not sure if this is the correct section to put this but here goes:

I'm thinking of getting one of these bras for my XJ but am concerned that it may partially cover the hood vents.

Does anybody have a Colgan sport bra and if so would they mind measuring how far up the hood it extends? Anything less than 20cm is ok.

Haha, I thought you were looking for recommendations for an under garment. No wonder I've never heard of Colgan. :laugh2:

dude id say stay away from those things. they can ruin paint and if dirt or grit gets under it, it will scratch it to hell.

Those UK Orvis hood vents aren't real anyways

But seriously, I would stay away from car bras. They do more damage than good (dirt gets trapped underneath the bra, the car vibrates, and the paint gets ruined).

It doesn't protect the grill, headlights or bumper, only the front 6 inches of hood where it can trap and hide a little puddle of water.

No, not worth it . . .

Thanks all. Combination of a fear of scratches and that it might be too big mean it's a no go for me. Will have to think of something else to liven up the front end...
