Chrysler 8.25, 27 to 29 spline

What's involved in swapping? Is it as simple as replacinging the shafts and spider gears or is there more involved? party1:

Also will need carrier for 29 spline as the spiders are larger - would be a good time to go with a locker if it's in your plans.
