So I keep hearing all this stuff about Chimney Rock and after going out there a couple of times I got the impression that this is a closed area? Just being curious as I have no idea what is what except for what I read on the signs. So is this entire area open for crawling or just certain specific spots?

The area past the fence, it is all private property but as long as people respect the land and close the gates the owner doesn't mind. Cows don't eat rock.
