Cherokee rear window problems

I built some half doors for the front of my rig. Until I have the rear ones done the same way I would like to be able to roll the windows down. However, I think when I removed the front doors and all thier wiring it seems they automatically put on the override for the rear windows. Now they wont roll down. So, does anyone know of a way around this?
Any input or ideas would be appreciated....

you need the master switch connected (the one from the front drivers door). maybe you can connect it under the dash and hide it away.

...or install some manual windows in the rear
