Cheap source for Vbulliten

I need to set up a forum for a non-profit non-4x4 realated forum. Is there any source for the forum software that doesn't cost $100 a year that is legit? I figured someone on here might have a source.

There are plenty of non vB PHP based forum setups that are free as well.

Check out DragonFly. I've used it for a couple of years. I'd like to have something better, but I'm cheap, and it is free.

For FREE it is a very nice piece of software.
