OK so it is 10:30 something Saturday night and I am crashed out. My wife starts kicking me b/c my cell is ringing. I jump up because I am thinking that someone is dead b/c everyone knows better than to call me after 8:30 because the phone may wake up my 2 year old. So I answer and I hear a bunch of static and I can just make out ...

Troy.....Hollister....sorry....dead....alternator....Bryan....then the phone goes dead. So in my mind I put this together. The phone call was from Troy telling me that he has killed Bryan with his altenator and he is sorry about it.

I shrugged my shoulders and crawled back into bed. I was almost asleep when I get kicked again and the wife asks me what happened so I tell her. She yells at me to call back and see what happened. Well I get back to Troy and I have a clear line and learn the real story. Dead alternator and BC helped fix it and Troy wanted to know if I found any LeBarron vents while I was at pick in pull ;)

Looks like you guys had a good time. Oh and Phil, what the heck? All the pictures are of you on your side, in a ditch, or some part of the rig flug over the trail. PERFECT day!

That sounds about right for Troy. :yap: :laugh3:

Uh, and I'm stupid and wanted to run Tank Traps?

Sorry Dan I didn't know about the call deadline. I just didn't want you waiting up for me and I called you as soon as I had a cell signal. I didn't mean to wake up your family...and yes my :yap: is only rivaled by my mad typing skillzzz. :compwork: :laugh3:

Did anyone pick up my BBQ? I forgot it at the sycamore campsite. Small rectangle shaped weber with a BBQ fork, tongs and a grill brush. By the time I got around to leaving I had forgot about it.

Thanks so much Kernel for taking some action pics of my rig. I was hoping to get some good flex shots. I have some cutting/lifting to do in the back for clearance and hope to sleeve my sub frame rails. Lots of poping, thumping, etc noises coming from all that flexing. The full width axles did great as I was able to get up on the wall instead of fall into the ruts and scrap up the side of my rig. Also the beadlocks allowed me to air down enough to get just enough grip to stay up on the wall. I aired down to 8 psi in these pics, I might even go lower than that now that I have a 20 lbs CO2 tank.

You can see the Big Red user name applies to me as well as my rig. I need to lose some weight. :laugh3:
