Cars you hate

those scion things.....its a box around a stereo system and four wheels....by far the ugliest thing i've ever seen...

x loads.
I also hate the Mitsubishi Eclipse, but only because of that stupid commercial with the techno music, and the chick in the hat, dancing like she is going into insulin shock in the passenger seat.
Same deal with the Avalanche, because of the idiot who would pull over in the middle of the friggin' desert to change it from an SUV to a pickup, without the use of a proper sawzalll.
The CRV, the RX300, Aztek, anything by Kia, Ford Fairmont/Granada, the original Reliant K-car, Mustang II, Cadillac Cimmaron, New Beetle(flower vase?), and that God-forsaken Dyson vacuum cleaner.
Seacrest out.

The Forester is cool but definitely not even close to anything Cherokee. As much as I hate the Liberty, its a better successor than the the Forester ever could have been. It at least is able to go off-road further than gravel roads. PS I hate the cars in CA because the majority are piloted by retards.

Worst POS cars are the late 80s early 90s GM cars. Pontiac Grand Prix (I had a 91), Buick Riviera, Oldsmobile Cutlass, Chevy Beretta. Without a doubt in my mind...

Ditto, we had a Pontiac 6000 that was crap, stalled at the worst times, rear brakes would lock up with anything more that a tap and spin it out, wouldn't turnunless you stomped the brakes either. That thing allmost turned me off to FWD till I bought my '85 Lebaron GTS total opposite of the 6000. I also can't stand the first gen Taurus, one of the worst driving cars I'd even been in, I think Mom's 87 Beauville would have run circles around those things, if the engine and trans would live long enough in the Ford

Dad and I made fun of the H3 at the Auto Show this year, only place it had more ground clearance than a XJ was at the rear axle, and that wasn't by much. With those stupid running boards it had less clearance at the rockers that my Lebaron did too!

I want one to put a Northstar in the back. Then I'll hate it because I will be in jail (not working there).

I had a boss that owned a first year Metro, other than just being cheap (it didn't even have hubcaps, just Suzuki's version of "poverty caps") it wasn't a bad car for her. She did want to put a big honking V-8 in the back if she ever won the Lotto though...........................

I like the Dyson (for function, not looks.) I'll definitely replace our Hoover bagless with one of them babies sooner or later.

Ford escorts(how come every one of my ex girlfriends and now current gf needs to drive this damn gocart.....)

Fix Or Repair Daily

Honestly i would rather drive a gocart. atleast i could get my hand around the oil filter....

GRAND AM'S those things are F-ing junk!!!! Also the 02 Chevy Silverado I used to drive as a work truck, gutless turd (had the 4.3 though), and worthless breaks. The 05 I have now is still a gutless turd (even with the 4.8) unless you floor it every where you go, but at least they got some good breaks.

Anything made by Volkswagon in the last 8 years mainly the Jetta.
We have the contract for the local VW dealer to fix all their cars and we do at least one Jetta a week with the front bumper falling off. Plus most VW have a PLASTIC tie bar, and that is suppost to save your life????
If your going to be a euro man atleast step up to an AUDI.

This is all MY opinion take as you will.

Audi offers no diesels in the U.S. Until they do, I'm not interested.

Scion? Nice box - where's the car that came in it? (courtesy of Car Talk)

whats with all the hate for the avalanche? ive driven one for the last 2 years and i have very little to complain about. if youve never driven one, i have to say its one of the best riding trucks you will ever ride in. its got lots of power, cushy leather, it seats 5 comfortably and has a lockable, watertight bed that can be opened and used just like any other pickup bed. its big but very agile for its size. it tows my xj on a trailer great! and its a Z71 and still gets about 18mpg town/22mpg highway. i dont like the ones without plastic because they look like a stretched out silverado with a plastic roll bar.

to add to the list, i dislike ricers, crotch rockets, liberty's, IFS grand cherokees, front wheel drive anything, and people who hate on avalanches :p

XJ Dreamin', FYI, Ford owns Jaguar and Volvo now. Land Rover too, IIRC I think they bought it from BMW.

Subaru's are Aussie.

No they aren't, they are Japanese, part of Fuji Heavy Industries, and some are made in Indiana.

Just goes to show how quickly the world is going to Hell in a handbasket (or in the current Ford Jr.,Jr.,Jr.,whatever pockets)

Oh Well. I still got my Jeep!

Thanks for the info. Still hate them, of course.

Addition to the list:

Triumph - British

So you essentially hate modern Chrysler, GM, Ford, Japanese cars, European cars, Korean cars (Hyundai & Kia.) What does that leave?

You left Yugo out of your list. :wierd:

If the Indiana plant is UAW, more power to 'em (UAW that is). I still won't buy a Subaru. Sorry UAW.

The real issue, as far as my hatred, is not where it's made, but who designed it. A Subaru is Japanese no matter where it's made. Any ChryCo sedan made after Iacocca is a Mitsubishi no matter what badges you put on it. And furthermore: calling a 4-cylinder FWD Mitsubishi a "Charger" and Mitsubishi stealing the "Lancer" name should be capital crimes.
