Can the infamous dead spot cause death wobble?

I had DW. No fun!! Try getting it on a bumpy freeway with concrete barriers and a 18 wheeler coming up behind you. To fix mine I did and looked at everything . It didn't go away. Till my brother told me,"Maybe some parts are just worn. Not worn down to look as they need to be replaced. But to tired to work." I stopped looking around and ordered a new complete tie rod set. Like magic . DW gone. The tie rods I had didn't look worn down.. But I guess the metal inside just couldnt go 4x4 any more. We ask a lot from our jeeps and their parts.

^ A correct inspection would have reveled those... IMO most people don't understand how to do a complete/ correct inspection.
