Buggy Idea

My brother had a sprint car given to him, and i got an 87 XJ with no motor. Sounds like a redneck rock buggy to me. What do you think?:firedevil

IIRC sprint engine blocks don't have the right mounting pices on them for a transmission, they are direct drive to the axle.

I thought about using a sprint car engine in something because parts were cheap on ebay.

I can get a motor, make some mounts or something. I haven't seen it yet but it's a small tube chassis vehicle. Coul be fun.

my buddy had a sprint car chassie laying around about 2 years ago and we were thinking about doing the same thing. it would definately be different, i would love to see one as well.

Well as soon as my brother brings it down we'll have to start some backyard fab. Maybe it will work.
