19 spline still?
Only other choice is D30 hub conversion stubs. Called Warn on these and they said that the shaft diameter is the same, just with a finer spline.
No appreciable increase in strength whatsoever.

Sweet. I am going on a spending spree in a few weeks when I sell my Willys.

I'm avoiding doing anything constructive this evening so I'll add some info.

You can do 30 spline 1.31" shafts without using the 30 stuff. Yes the shafts are larger so Warn fed you a line of crap. Read the exception #3 on this page. The CJ 30's came stock with 27 spline shafts and the spindles still have to be bored to 1.35" to use the 30 spline upgrade.
http://www.warn.com/truck/axles/outer_axle_app.shtml

To get the 30 splines on a normal D44:
1. Chevy D44 knuckle.
2. Chevy caliper brackets.
3. CJ D30 Spindle.
4. Need an offset bearing to get the rotor lined up with the pad. They drag otherwise. Parts Mike can supply the bearings.
5. Warn internal hub conversion for the CJ's. http://www.warn.com/truck/axles/front_conversion_kit.shtml

What you gain.
a. Larger OD stubs, but they are about 1" shorter (8.72 vs the 9.72 Ford or 9.94 Chevy). The shorter length can cause a strength loss but no one I talked to had much proof(replace with better word if you like).
b. Shorter stub that sucks the hub in about an inch. When I do drive, I drive like a drunk Indian and have a habbit of hitting the hubs on every rock I try and avoid. I liked the idea of less protrusion.

And the final puzzle pieces:
