borrowed lca's?

i have a friend w/ an f250 who has a z-link suspension that has been sitting around. some part broke but i noticed that the z-link arms used the same bushings as the stock ones. they reach back to the tcase crossmember and i wasn't sure if there are any rules for the lenth of the arm's or the angle at which the arms are mounted. they are the longer of the arms pictured here but I don't have an exact lenth. i plan on using the included mounts for the f250 which are 1/2 in. thick and seem easy to just weld on wherever. they are more centered than the ones in the picture. would there be a problem mounting them to the body srtaight back from the axel? any help is welcome

and now i just need to find somone w/ tubing bender
