Meeting with him tomorrow. Says he wants to do all the work for free but I won't let him. All he owed me was an apology for his sales guy. He's gonna look at a few things tomorrow on my jeep and I'll let you all know how it goes.

If thing go well for you and you walk away comfortable that the issue truely was just that idiot service representative, I wanna know. I get quite a few folks asking me if I can fix their Jeeps or wanting referrals for places down this way - it'd be cool to be able to refer this shop.

I believe he said one of his guys saw it... I always see nice xj's parked out front so I'm guessing one of his techs is a forum browser/user.
