There's jacka$$es in every race. The people organising this were from the Uhuru movement. They sound similar in ideology to the KKK or any of the extremist Islam groups.

Most people in Cali do not agree with this. Hell I live just 20 minutes away from there and it makes me sick.

100% agree.
If your ancestors are from africa and you were born in america, that means you're an american, not african-american. If you were born in africa and came to america, then you could say you're african-american. You could say that you're black, just as people say they are latino, or oriental. I don't buy into the whole african-american, mexican-american, asian-american thing. To me, it's segregation right from the get-go. We're all americans, that's what's great about america is we all bring something different to this great country, not that we're all different but living in the same place.

First off, I do not consider myself racist. I believe that there are good and evil that come with all races, whether it is white or black etc...
But let me ask you this. What if the scenario were reversed? What if the criminal were white, and he raped a black girl, then shot four police officers?
Then white people held a rally. Would this topic be so taboo? Or would all hell break loose, NAACP be all over it along with national coverage of the rally?
